Real Estate has been a part of my life since 1994, when I began my career in corporate communications at one of Canada’s largest residential brokerages. Since then, my passion for real estate has allowed me to transition into real estate sales and help to make great connections for my buyer and seller clients. A life-long resident of Toronto, I know the areas in which I operate and I study the statistics and market trends daily to ensure my information is up-to-the-moment. I believe that an informed client is a happy client. Educating my buyers and sellers not only on location and home attributes but also on issues they may face in the medium or long-term is a strong part of my mandate. I use statistical analysis and market knowledge to support my valuation of a home. Your job as a client is to be passionate about your current or future home – my job is to provide the numbers and area knowledge to support our estimation of value.
My seller clients see the results of my decades-long marketing experience as I utilize unique tools to expose their home to as many qualified buyers as possible. I thread traditional advertising (print ads, lawn signs, just listed cards, to name a few) with more modern approaches (integrated social media exposure, international / cultural media advertising, sponsored and boosted posts, web site advertising, neighbourhood Open House special events) to make for a powerful one-two marketing hit.
